We were so used to her having highs and lows on the shots. We had no idea
how differant it would be on the pump. We knew that for a toddler we had
to have everything available to use to keep her in good control. It took
three tries to have it approved through our insurance. The Animas rep.
had written this increadable letter to my insurance company and it finally
got approved. She worked so hard. And it changed our lives. It is
almost like she doesn't have diabetes any more. She calls it Nanny. She
says because it takes good care of her.
