Sorta...   it does take more pressure to force it into you, but when 
it's in you, after forcing out the insulin it can't suck air back in 
when the tube relaxes, it has to suck back the droplet of insulin it 
just expeled -- it's a zero sum game, especially after the next 
couple of clicks.
