[IPk] Re: HRT and microalbumin

Dear Wendy,

Don't get too worried about this link. As the original message stated, this
is a small consideration, the bigger picture is much more positive.

Microalbuminuria confers an added risk in terms of blood pressure and
eventual 'large vessel' problems, like circulation problems, but also heart
attack and stroke. HRT reduces the risk of heart attack by 50%, so is if
anything more useful in people with diabetes who have microalbumin.

The best advice is to keep going for now!!
