yes!, but there must be an upper limit of insulin and food that you can cope
with.

Interestingly enough, with diabetics food goes through the stomach faster
than a non-diabetic exacerbating the problem.

Presumably you mean too much insulin in the sense of too much insulin for
the amount of carbs - ie it wouldn't occur just with a lot of insulinas
long as you match the carbs?

But generating ketones in that scenario isn't dangerous.
