[IPk] diabetes and depression

Wasn't planning to go into details, but there is no doubt in my case that
hyperglycaemia has a very negative impact on my mood and my ability to get
on with life. When my sugars are normal I feel much better.
The weekend was dire as I have spent the last 3 days my blood sugar has been
through the roof (if this is optimisation, I think I'll just go back to
where I was!).
