RE: [IPk] Accu Chek Spirit experience

I have been using the spirit for a few months now, using the H-Tron and
D-Tron for 6 years before. I have to say it is a very BASIC pump and
nothing special. I am now on my second Spirit in as many months because the
first one had a fault. The reason for changing onto the Spirit in the first
place was because of faults with both the D-Tron and associated accessories.
My own personal experience is that Roche's customer service has fallen over
the past few years, certainly from the Disetronic days.
