RE: [IPk] Re:Problems with basals



Sasha basals are 0.45 from 3.00am and go up to 0.70 at 5.00 am.   If she
lies in bed later that usual the BG tend to go a bit if the basal in lower.
The BG levels were starting to go up a while back, so we upped the basal
rates to 0.60 at 6.00am but it wasnt enough.  I thought that 0.70 at 5.00 am
would be too much, but it seems to be fine.  We had one day in the half term
when Terry checked at 6.00 am and Sasha's BG was around 5 mmols and everyone
when back to sleep for a while but that particular morning Sashas BG had
dropped to 3.6mmol by the time we had breakfast.
