Julie have you tried Lantus and humalog combination. I was on lantus
and actrapid until may this year and was really struggling trying to
get HBA1c down (i was having lots of hypos) I then switched to
humalog in order to do the DAFNE course and my Blood sugars are much
better than they were. I am waiting a few more weeks to get a HBA1c
done but hopefully judging from my blood sugars it should be under
7%. I am hopefully starting on a pump before Christmas so with a
combination of DAFNE and pumping my blood sugars will hopefully be in
the normal range mostly all of the time!!
