It causes alternating constipation and the food goes off without moving and
I get diarrhoea without warning. Very embarrassing when away in a hotel on
holiday in Istanbul or in other awkward places. I also get bloating. It is
not a nice condition and I am touching wood as at present I seem to have it
under control.
