Re: [IPk] Pump latest and thankyou

Hi Helen,

I'm really surprised to hear about the negative experiences your clinic and
your fellow pumper have had with Disetronic. I've got nothing but good to
say about the company and its staff in the 6 months since I started making
enquiries about a pump, through to pump training and support afterwards.

>From the archives you'll probably be aware that there's been a lot more
adverse criticism about Minimed than Disetronic for some time now. Perhaps
you could contact Disetronic and ask for their side of the story? When I was
deciding what pump to go onto a serious allegation was made about the
Disetronic pump by their competitor. I contacted Minimed and they were able
to inform me what had actually happened.
