[IPk] people on non-flexible regimes

Baffles me too. I guess it's counterbalanced by the other times he eats
fewer carbs than he needs, or takes more exercise than usual, so it comes
back down again. What I forgot to mention is that he has an HbA1c of around
7, which is pretty good.
