Thanks for welcome back!

I agree 11mmols does seem high, but that's what he suggested. If BG strays
up beyond that (midway between meals/boluses) to bolus around 2.0 units of
insulin. I haven't tried it yet. Basically the idea is lots of tiny boluses
throughout the day.

It may be that 11 suits me, but 7.8 is probably right for Sasha.
