I had an MRI in May. Be very careful about informing them that you have a 
pump etc as the technician told me it could wipe all the electronic info 
from the pump. The scan takes approx 20 mins. I did not bolus as I did not 
want to go hypo during the scan. I guess if your bg was ok there  would be 
no need to bolus as you can be disconnected for up to an hour. To be honest 
I was more bothered about what the scan would find than my bg levels which 
if were elevated would have  been blamed on stress !! Good luck Carmel
