Hi Julian
If you want to get the messages from the US list, the best thing is to either 
go for the digest or browser-only option - that way you won't get swamped. 
The traffic is pretty heavy, due to the sheer number of people on the list, 
and a lot of it may be irrelevant to people in the UK, but there is certainly 
a lot of info out there. 
Michael will be able to tell you more accurately the approx number of 
messages per day.
