I think the major difference is as follows:
The Minimed is the only one to have a remote facility, which could be very
useful.
The Diesotronic is the only one to offer prefilled insulin cartridges which
avoids the need to draw up insulin.
The decision as to which one to go for is a trade off between these two
features. Sadly no pump offers both these facilities.
