Re: [IPk] How vulnerable are we?

Hi Carmel

Ibm also coeliac. Ibm not sure if Ibve mentioned it before, apologies if I
had. All I want to say is that it comes as a shock but itbs very easy to stick
to a gluten free diet and to be honest, most natural foods I eat are naturally
gluten free. If you look at the gf section in the supermarket itbs mainly about
carbs we might not necessarily want to eat regularly.
You will find you feel so much better on a gf diet and your sugars will be
easier to control. It isnbt that bad to be honest and everyone knows a lot
about it when we can go out and eat a gf piece of cake at a cafe or a meal at a
restaurant. I love multiseeded Morrisonbs GF bread, itbs not too expensive abs
it feels it is real bread. I also bake my own sometimes.
Check if you are able to eat GF oats, some people canbt. I seem to be ok.

I hope you get the right support to get started with this gf journey.

I am happy to tell you more if you wish. You will be fine, I promise, it is all
about getting used to a different way of eating. I do not miss anything at all
and I love my food ...

Take care
Gema x
