Re: [IPk] Bubbles causing ketones and gastroparesis

Hi Mary

Sorry to hear you are having problems possibly with gastro paresis too. I
have seen on the web that there are now different ways to test for this so
it may not be an endoscopy. I have also had one where I had to breath into
a tube and it measured gas. At the time I was told this was very high and I
suppose he must have been joking but he said he thought I needed to be on a
particular antibiotic which he prescribed at that time, all the time. When
I had a course of antibiotics recently it cleared up all sorts of things
that the doctor was amazed about and made me feel really so much better. By
the way, the medication I have does help and keeps it all bearable for a
period of time at a time. I have heard from someone else on this list who
has it in different ways from me and that person sounded worse than me.

If it helps you understand your varied blood sugars it would be worth
finding out.
