Sorry to hear you are having such a bad time, I had shingles about 3 years
ago, and i can sympathise that it is not nice.
the Solpadol tablets that the doctor gave you if they are the ones that are
also known as "co-codamol 30/500", they are very good at helping with pain,
but make me comletly spaced outB  to the point i have to lie down or sit on
the settee like a zoombie (I have to take them when my back and shoulder play
up) and after a couple of days of taking them, they do tend to make me a bit
be careful if these are the ones you have as i tend to find when i have taken
them it is a lot harder for me to regonise a hypo due to the spacey feeling.

Hi, just read your dilema, you can ask for some medication called Famvir
is an anti viral and can help stop it spreading, my dad got this when he had
it. He got some other stuff too, I'll ask him tommorow and get back to you.
