Cost about #4  From Smiths Book shops, usually in the diet food section.

It has a breakdown of all the calorie counts, Carb, fat, and protein of most
common foods per 100 grams or ml.

I usually only look at the carb counts.

Its a small book with small print so you need good eyesight or reading
glasses.
