Hi Abigail
I find that when e.g. I go on holiday somewhere hot, my insulin needs drop
by about that much for the first few days, and then they start to increase
again as my body gets accustomed to the climate change.
I also find that taking a bolus and then going into the sun means my BG will
drop like a stone.
