Re: [IPk] Carb counting... aaargh!


I have looked in my database and i have the following for a Danish pastry 

1 (burger king) serving		500 cals	5g protein	36g fat		40g carbs

If there flavoured with apple, cheese or cherry the values are as follows

1 (normal) serving		260 cals	4.7g protein	12g fat		31.5g carbs
