[IPk] Re: Diasend Animas Vibe upload help needed

Thanks for the ideas on the downloading it was exceedingly frustrating the
other night (as you could probably tell!). By holding it further away from
the dongle (which isn't what the animas trainer/printed guidance said to
do) and suspending it (which I tried by chance as the medtronic pump needs
to be suspended), I eventually managed to get it to download the pump data
- it seems to spend a very long time "searching" for the pump before it
finds it.

However then I tried to download my meter (freestyle insulinx) into diasend
too, it did absolutely nothing. Well, it opened up the freestyle programme
and downloaded it into that, but not diasend. Has anyone got any ideas how
I get my meter's data into diasend as well? I've inputted all the serial
numbers etc. The guidance for this seems surprisingly poor. One of the
"hooks" for moving away from medtronic for me was the ability to upload any
meter and pump data into the same system.

Thanks for any more suggestions!
