Hi sarah

I suffered with frozen shoulders a few years ago and I could not physically
lift my arm past waist height. Although my pain did not appear overnight, when
I
noticed something it became full blown very quickly.

I still feel a weakness as if I am prone to it now! I hope not as it is a pain
I won't forget. Hope you find yours is something else easier to treat.
