Hi Jackie
I did this when I moved from Manchester to Sheffield. My new consultant agreed 
that I should stay on the pump as  it was working so well for me, and she got 
funding from my new PCT to continue.
It was all very straightforward but I was a clear case (having big 
improvements and because of my complications) and there was already a good 
(though small) setup with pumps at my new hospital.
