 From the outline it sounds somewhat similar to the AIDA. simulator ( 
http://www.2aida.org/ ). They make the proviso on their page that it is for 
a *typical* type 1 diabetic - I'd love to know their definition of that! 
It's kinda fun to play with, although it doesn't take pumping into account.

In any event, I'd love to either of them try and figure *my* patterns out!
