Hi Liam
I have been on the pump since the end of November last year and I have
stayed at 80 kilo.
The only exercise I can manage to do is at work and that's all the running
around I do at the theatre.
So don't get disheartened work on the amount you eat and you will see how
you will balance out to the wait you are dreamed to be.

pants ... i've put on 2.5 kilos since starting on the pump.

I'm pretty sure it's down to my lack of excercise, i read somewhere
(internet probably :P) that diabetics with "good" BG control get a bit podgy
?
is this true?
