RE: [IPk] D Tron Power Packs

I do not know why others are having problems with there Batteries.

I do not use the remote, I was told at the start the this uses a lot of
power.

I use the pump the normal way primming and Basal and Bolus.

I get over SIX weeks power out of them and I have changed the batteries
three time to date.

I am finding the same and use the same functions as you. My batteries on
the MiniMed 508 last approx 18 days. I am not impressed!

I understand that these powerpacks are supposed to last for approximately 3
months. My first one lasted a matter of days and my second has lasted about
5 weeks. I only use the basic functions and do not use the back light at
any time.

Is this a common problem or is it just me??
