Re: [IPk] Breakfast question

Audrey

I love cereal and have it for breakfast and supper almost every day! I love
Bran Flakes, Weetabix, Shreddies and Muesli (with no added sugar). My new
favourite however is Bananabix which, despite tasting really sweet, doesn't
raise my blood sugars at all! Delicious.

Unfortunately they are (in my opinion) quite expensive so I only get them if
they are on offer!

Mouth watering regards,
Gaye
