Re: [IPk] Re: legs

Hi Jenny

I have suffered from cramp for the last few years. I get it so bad in my
calfs and shins that my legs are so sore the next day it hurts to walk
about. I know dehydration plays apart because when I have had DKA the cramps
come with avengence, my shin bones were actually sticking out the last time
I had it. i was trying to get off the bed when I was attatched to the drips
and sliding scale!! My husband was trying to hold me down and my poor
daughter was crying her eyes out. I think it has to be the most painful
thing I have been through, and I have had three children!!
