My daughter is 7yrs and obnoxious when low....... she may start saving her
pocket money :O) !!

I appreciate the "idea" of no tolerance but if assessed by a Medic and
deemed genuine I think the fine should be dropped. The time andd date on the
meter aginst the incident report should be sufficient.
