Thanks Rachel. My tea is also decaffeinated and the mugs are large. I also
have a glass of water before bed. I do remember you writing about this
before but I was already on decaffeinated then.
I do not have the urge to go and there is not a lot of quantity when I do.
Hopefully I will find out if it is abnormal on Monday.
I am breathless and no one has ever been able to tell me why (not heart, not
lungs), I have had retinopathy for 20 years, I have itching, little urine
but more at night, slightly swollen ankles in the evening which go down. I
had poor control for 42 years before the pump 3 years ago, and definitely
put on weight during the day but I would think this is common for all.
In the back of my mind is that I took part in years of kidney research at
the hospital a long time ago and the decision then was that they thought it
unlikely I would get kidney disease.
