Firstly congratulations on a super marathon sucess .

The E20 alarm occurs if the internal pump clock monitor notices a mismatch in the 2 internal pump clocks . They need to match to the second or this alarm will be given .

You did the right thing by resetting the clock and then performing a self test , if the test result is OK you know that the problem has been resolved .

This problem should not reoccur but if you do have one clock that is running slightly slower than the other we will take the pump back and fully service it for you . You will of course get another pump to use in the interim period .
