We just drew up our own certificate and this seems to satisfy the tax man
without any hesitation. I will post you a copy and maybe you can draw up
your own. The only rule is that you have to quote the appropriate act as I
mentioned in an earlier posting. Fed Ex probably just want a form rather
than a letter to make it look official.

So try a crib from our form to see what happens.
