Hi Sue,

I get it now! I couldnt get my head around why it didnt make ant difference 
with the temp rate. On the Cozmo when you set up a basal pattern you can 
only increment the basal by 0.05u. However, if you apply a temp rate then it 
will actually deliver less than 0.05 increments. If Oliver is on a basal of 
0.10u then 110% temp rate will give a new basal of 0.110u. I just assumed 
they all did this. Sorry its took me so long!
