[IPk] suitable for pump

I agree Ken with your statement. So many people could do better generally with
their diabetes, were they to have the right support. It has always been too
easy to put someone on twice daily insulin, or, if really progressive 4x daily
but with no education re dose adjutment etc
I think the other issue is that many people are simply not taught how to get
the best out of injections( control and flexibility wise). DAFNE style
education for flexibility but with a strong emphasis on overall healthy
lifestyle should be taught as a matter of course, to all those diagnosed, who
want it. Those who are unable to attain target A1c or have too many hypos( not
just severe ones, but more than 2 or 3 mild ones per week) should get offered
a pump, if it is evident that current reatment has failed despite best efforts
I'm sure everyone agrees here
