RE: [IPk] Disaster

Hi Bev

You need to check with Medtronic as to how they are organised now, they may
or may not have specialist nurses who have their phones switched on all the
time. If they do then they should be able to provide you with the relevant
number.

Kind regards

Estelle

Hi Barbara

I am not sure that i had the right 24 hr helpline number.
This was not the specialist nurse 24 hr number (which i don't
know actually) but the meditronic 24 hr number which seems to
cover all their equipment and they note your details and
someone is supposed to call you back (only they didn't). I
would have been better off if i had known the specialist
nurse 24 hr number as I wanted some advice on what else I
could try other than changing the batteries.

Bev
