Re: [IPk] Replacement meter

Hi Barbara

John lives in Germany. But I still would have thought that a doctor might be
able to prescribe a new meter here in the UK. Though I'm not sure. I did get
our GP to prescribe a Novo Junior insulin pen when our D nurse insisted there
was no Novo pen that delivered in half unit increments. That's before the new
yellow and green pens came out.

Our clinic gives some away, but I must have quite a few that I have bought
myself. I think the obsession that I have with new meters is that I am
subconsciously trying to right the unrightable i.e. diabetes!! I have 8 at
least probably more!!!

You have got a half unit pen haven't you??

Jackie
