Hi Clare,

I eat fruit regularly, but generally with other food, as that helps reduce
the spikes.  I mostly eat apples and satsumas, but sometimes have bananas.

My wife makes a wonderful slimming world trifle, which includes berries,
which means that I get more fruit like that.
