Not always, but a lot of the time.

It was when I was in bed by 8pm that I knew I had a problem.

The standing / sitting blood pressure check got me referred to a 
cardiologist for more tests which got me diagnosed with POTS - which is a type 
of dysautonomia, which is more common in people with diabetes.
