 Thankyou i know i must B be more proactive and ask for a refund for the time i
am not allowed in the gym but knowing B its just verbal and its only by phone i
have no proof i expect they will not admit that they have told me not to attend
classes even though i have asked i doubt they will put it in writing. B However
proactive i am its not going to stop how i feel about it and i am extremley
upset .

If it is part of a chain, contact Head Office. You should not be charged for
the time when you are not allowed onto the premises. I'd contact my bank, as
they handle the payment - or the trading standards arm of the Local Authority.

Few people annoy me twice.
