Yes it does stop on the day- sorry. Did you not get a back up spirit at the
same time? Mine ran out before funding was approved and I ended up with a
loaner from Animas as that was who I switched to- are you staying with Roche
or switching?

It might be worth asking Roche nicely if they can supply you at least with a
loaner pump until the funding comes through - Medtronic did that for me when
there was a time lag before the funding was agreed, and there was a problem
with my old pump after the guarantee ran out.
