Yes, if you have the vibrate setting on (for everything) then it will
vibrate for alarms right away. I have just the vibrate setting on for
boluses etc as it's kind of distracting at work to be beeping a lot and
I don't need it to beep (also I can feel it vibrating whereas if it's
noisy I can't hear it beeping.
It would be good if you could have different settings for the alarms
(different pitches and volume - the volume setting is actually the
duration of each single beep, rather than making it louder, which I find
weird!)
