Re: [IPk] Number of Basals
Thanks for that reply Micheal.
Thinking about it now I bet Friday was just one of those days and it
probably was the swimming.
I am currently off work recovering after having MUA of my shoulder and one
of the main things is physio so I have been swimming everyday which I feel
is helping and I feel so "normal" in the water, Paul my son is very fit
because he plays football at academy level and trains several times a week.
So both saturday and sunday he did 48 lenghs (pool goes to 6FT so meduim
size) he enjoyed it so much he now wants me not to go during day but go in
evening with him!!
