Hi Jan
Some how I have mine under control most of the time with medication and very
high fibre food. It caused/caused me to have constipation for a long time
followed by unexpected diarrhoea. Also a bloated feeling even after eating
very little. I also had heartburn at the beginning and sometimes felt
sick.. This is it in a nutshell.
