[IPk] air condensation in reservoir paradigm

Does anyone else have a lot of problems with not just air in the tube and
reservoir of the paradigm 512 but also what looked very much like condensation
in the reservoir that i removed yesterday?
this is only my 3rd week pumping and am using novorapid, when i fill the
reservoir it looks clear of bubbles and nnothing noticeable, i usually so far
come across a bubble or 2 at some time over the 3days in the tube but this last
reservoir was full of condensation , despite the fact that i havent really been
out or in different temperatures.
medtronic said to 'de gas' the vial of insulin before using by drawing out the
air from the bottle with a syringe, saying that when all the air was out the
plunger wud not be able to be drawn back...i tried this but after about 15 mins
i cud still draw back the plunger and so i'm not sure what i might have been
doing wrong?/
any similar experiences and tips on how to stop this happening?
