It might help your case if your meter readings for those days were
demonstrably 'weird' - e.g. if you look at the avarages, standard
deviations, etc, for those three days, and those for ten lots of three
days, are they typical?

If they are typical, don't mention this to the nurses, but if you can
say to them 'yes, those _are_ weird results .... but normally she's not
like that', it will help your case (bizarrely, because it's the out of
control stuff that the pump will help with).

Honestly, only people with perfect bgs allowed to go on pumps, and pumps
not available to people with perfect bgs .... makes one wonder what kind
of alcohol those folks had for breakfast!
