It sounds like two completely different problems so unlikely to be a faulty
batch. I find occasionally Silhouettes do come unstuck for no apparent
reason, though it usually happens only with about 1 in 100 sets. As for the
kink in the cannula, again I would suspect just a bad insertion. If you feel
a lot of resistance when inserting (or it hurts) then that can be a good
indicator that something is wrong.
