[IPk] The time of my pump is still running out.
Thank you very much for helping me. I was called by Ingaborg at 9.30 am. I
told them to send me the new D-tron but they are not going to, without an
introduction. The D-tron is supposed to be
cccccccccooooooooooooommmmmmmmmpletelyyyyyyyyy different. I asked how long
it is going to take to make the introduction. The answer is "half an hour".
I mean, why can't they just send it to you, or anybody from Disetronic in
the UK. The specialist from Disetronic in England (one of your collegues)
could show me how it works as well!!! The intro from them wouldn't be any
worse as from the German counterpart. I do understand English!! Maybe you
could arrange something to get it in England BEVORE EASTER. It is an extreme
hassle to fill up the cartriges from the bottle for the pump all the time.
Having just one pump and no spare one, in case of an emergency, is worrying
as well! The only justification, I would accept, is, that there are still
errors occuring with the new pump and that it still has to be improved.
However, as Ingaborg told me, it should already be working error-free. What
they are doing now is sending me a "new" borrowed pump which is running
until Easter. That's because I MAY be going back to Germany by then but
there is no certainty. I hope they send this one with the express post!
