[IPk] pharmacy 2u
has anyone registered for the pharmacy 2u thing to get precriptions delivered
because it's asked me to send them a copy of the fp92 form to prove i'm entitled
to free prescriptions coz i've got a medical excemption certificate but i dont
have the form because when i applied for the card i sent it in. its not the same
thing is it? i have to card thing (which i've not needed yet) but no paper
version or form thing to do with it.
