Hi Elizabeth

I managed to get my daughters consumables funded quite easily and with all
the help I got from John Davis at INPUT  things went very smoothly, did you
not contact John  for help too. He is a mine of information and provided us
with loads of studies that we could pass on to the doctors etc. In fact I as
so grateful to him that I now help with INPUT myself.
